Who We Are

Before forming her own consulting practice, Valrine was the Director of Organization Development and Diversity at Planned Parenthood. Prior to her time at Planned Parenthood, she was the Practice Manager for Organization Development and Internal Coaching at Citigroup’s Global and Corporate Investment Bank. As an executive coach, Valrine uses a skills-based approach to help individuals and teams build and leverage the behaviors, skills and competencies critical to their success. She is an expert at working with executives who are challenged by their interpersonal style and who want to learn more effective ways to engage, manage and lead. Valrine has designed strategic mentoring and coaching frameworks for emerging talent, performance improvement, accelerated development, succession planning, inclusion and collaboration goals.
